The service

PostPilot provides tools to plan, approve, schedule and automatically publish social media content to accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each social platform's terms.

Accounts & subscriptions

Plans are billed per company according to the published pricing. Plan limits (clients, connected accounts, scheduled posts, team members) are enforced by the product. Trials convert to the selected paid plan unless cancelled.

Acceptable use

No spam, unlawful content, or attempts to circumvent platform policies or other companies' data isolation. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". Publishing depends on third-party platform APIs; failures are reported in-product so you can react quickly.
