This policy covers two products operated by AllUpNext Technology: PostPilot (social media scheduling, at social.allupnext.com) and TimeController (time tracking and HR, at tracker.allupnext.com). Sections that apply to only one of them say so.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, company), content you create in the product, and the social account connections you authorize. Social access tokens are stored encrypted and used solely to publish the content you schedule.
How we use it
To operate the service: publishing your scheduled content, sending transactional email (confirmations, password resets, notifications), and showing analytics about your own publishing activity. We do not sell your data.
Data isolation & security
Every company's data is isolated at the database level. Access is controlled by role-based permissions, all traffic is encrypted in transit, and social tokens are encrypted at rest.
WhatsApp messaging (TimeController)
TimeController can send a company's authorised managers their daily attendance summary or report on WhatsApp, and reply to messages they send to the company's WhatsApp Business number. Messages are sent and received through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta. The company using TimeController decides what is sent and to whom; we process this data on the company's behalf.
What we process. The recipient's name and WhatsApp phone number, as entered by their company's administrator; the attendance summary or report being delivered (counts of present, absent, on-leave and late employees and, in the full report, employee names with their attendance status and times); and a delivery log for each message — its time, type and delivery outcome, the number it was sent to or received from and, for a message you send us, its first 150 characters. We do not keep the full text of messages you send us beyond that log entry.
Why. Only to deliver the messages the company's administrator has set up and to reply to conversations you start. Recipients are added by their company's administrator, who is responsible for having each person's agreement to receive them. We do not sell this data and do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Who else handles it. Meta delivers the messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform and processes them under the WhatsApp Business Terms and the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. Our hosting provider stores the delivery log on our behalf. We share it with no one else.
How long, and how to stop. We keep delivery logs while the company's TimeController account is active. To stop receiving messages, ask your company's administrator to remove you as a recipient, or email info@allupnext.com and we will remove you; you can also block the business number in WhatsApp at any time. To ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your WhatsApp-related data, email the same address.
Your choices
You can disconnect social accounts at any time, export or delete your content, and close your account by contacting support.
